Cedar Sky Spa: Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of Cedar Sky Spa facilities (“Spa”). By booking and using the Spa facilities, all guests (“Guests”) agree to comply with and be bound by the terms outlined herein. This Agreement forms a legally binding contract between Cedar Sky Spa and the Guest. Guests are required to review and sign this Agreement prior to their visit.

1. Spa Use and Eligibility

  • Guests must be a minimum of 18 years of age to use the Spa facilities unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

  • Guests with pre-existing health conditions (including but not limited to cardiovascular disease, respiratory conditions, hypertension, hypotension, or pregnancy) must consult with a licensed medical practitioner prior to engaging in any Spa activities.

  • By signing this Agreement, the Guest acknowledges and affirms that they are solely responsible for determining their suitability to use the Spa facilities.

  • Cedar Sky Spa reserves the right to refuse access to any Guest should it be determined, in the sole discretion of Spa management, that use of the facilities may compromise the health or safety of the Guest or others.

  • Cedar Sky Spa is not a medical facility, and its employees are not medical professionals. Guests are advised to seek professional medical guidance prior to Spa use if they have any health-related concerns.

2. Safety and Liability Waiver

  • Prior to utilizing the Spa facilities, all Guests must sign a waiver of liability. Guests who refuse to sign the waiver will be denied access to the Spa without exception.

  • Cedar Sky Spa disclaims all liability for any injury, illness, or accident occurring as a result of using the Spa facilities, including but not limited to the wood-burning sauna, cold plunge, and rest lounge. Guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with Spa use.

  • Potential risks and injuries associated with Spa use may include, but are not limited to:

    • Burns resulting from proximity to or contact with the sauna.

    • Slips, trips, or falls on wet or uneven surfaces in and around the Spa premises.

3. Booking and Cancellation Policy

  • Full payment for services is required at the time of booking.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Guests who fail to attend (“no-shows”) will be charged the full amount for their appointment. Refunds will not be issued for no-shows.

  • Cedar Sky Spa reserves the right to cancel bookings at any time without prior notice. In the event of such cancellation, Guests will receive a full refund of any payments made.

4. Code of Conduct and Spa Etiquette

  • Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner at all times. Disruptive behavior, including loud conversations or failure to adhere to Spa policies, may result in removal from the premises without refund.

  • Guests are responsible for tracking their session time. Spa bookings are limited to 90-minute sessions, and Guests are required to vacate the facilities promptly at the conclusion of their booking.

  • Cedar Sky Spa members retain the right to access Spa facilities during private bookings if Guests have not exited the premises within their allotted time or if Spa staff have reason to believe spa rules are not being followed.
